Last updated: 7 August 2026. These terms govern access to and use of markdriftpro.life ("the site") operated by MarkDriftPro Pte. Ltd. ("MarkDriftPro", "we", "us"). By accessing the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
About the site and services
The site describes professional marketing and brand communications services — positioning frameworks, campaign architecture, creative direction, content systems, editorial calendars, channel mix advisory and integrated communications for businesses in Singapore and the wider APAC region. Content is published for general information about our Carpenter Street atelier. It does not constitute legal, financial or investment advice.
No binding offers
Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer or contract. Engagements are confirmed only in written proposals referencing MarkDriftPro scope documents signed by both parties. If proposal terms conflict with general website copy, the signed proposal prevails. Descriptions of retainer models, sprints and projects name formats and deliverables in prose — never as guaranteed outcomes or commercial figures.
Professional services disclaimer
MarkDriftPro Pte. Ltd. delivers professional marketing and brand communications — positioning frameworks, campaign architecture, creative direction and editorial content systems. Our work helps teams articulate clearer message hierarchy across channels. We do not promise specific commercial returns, lead counts, search rankings, revenue targets or audience expansion. Marketing choices stay with the client. This is a professional services studio, not an investment vehicle and not financial counsel.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorised access to systems or data, introducing malicious code, automated scraping that violates applicable law or our robots.txt directives, interfering with form rate limits, submitting false or misleading information, impersonating others and using the site to harass or harm MarkDriftPro personnel or other visitors.
Intellectual property
Site design, layout, copy, typography selections and original imagery are owned by MarkDriftPro Pte. Ltd. unless otherwise stated. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal reference. Reproduction of substantial portions, republication or commercial reuse requires prior written permission. Client deliverables created under engagement agreements are addressed in those agreements; ownership and licence terms are specified in signed scope documents.
Contact form and submissions
Submitting the contact form confirms that information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you consent to PDPA processing for response purposes via the consent checkbox. The consent checkbox is not pre-selected. Honeypot and rate-limiting mechanisms protect against abuse. Excessive submissions may receive an HTTP 429 response. Valid submissions redirect to a success state at contact.php?sent=1. By submitting messages you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use submission content for responding to your enquiry and maintaining business records.
Third-party embeds and links
Google Maps appears on each content page to show our studio address. Third-party services may apply their own terms and privacy practices. External links, if present, are provided for convenience; we do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free content or that the site is free from harmful components, though we aim for accuracy and secure hosting over HTTPS.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, MarkDriftPro Pte. Ltd., its directors, officers and personnel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from site use or reliance on published materials. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to site use shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if no services were purchased, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MarkDriftPro Pte. Ltd. against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these terms or infringement of third-party rights through your submissions, except where prohibited by law or caused by our wilful misconduct.
Professional services proposals
Client engagements are governed by signed MarkDriftPro scope documents and proposals, not by website copy alone. Proposal terms address deliverables, working cadence, confidentiality, intellectual property in client materials and limitations of liability specific to professional services — distinct from these general site terms.
No agency relationship from browsing
Browsing markdriftpro.life or reading published copy does not create an agency, fiduciary or partnership relationship. A professional services relationship begins only when both parties agree in a signed proposal or contract.
Electronic communications
By emailing us or submitting the contact form, you consent to receiving electronic responses related to your enquiry. We aim to respond within one business day for valid submissions during SGT working hours.
Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in site availability resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, natural events or actions of third-party hosting providers, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Termination of access
We may suspend or restrict access to the site if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the site, other users or MarkDriftPro personnel, without prejudice to other remedies available under law.
Assignment and survival
We may assign or transfer our rights under these terms in connection with a reorganisation or sale of business assets. You may not assign your rights without our written consent. Provisions that by nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — survive discontinuation of access.
Language and interpretation
These terms are published in English (Singapore). If translated for convenience, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these terms or site use, subject to mandatory consumer protections if applicable to you.
Severability and waiver
If any provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above indicates the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
